RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our company allows product exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

1. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without needing to state a specific reason, in accordance with Law 2251/1994. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchanges – Shipping costs
If an error has occurred in the execution of your order by our online store (for example, receiving a different item than what was ordered), the return shipping costs are covered entirely by us.

If the exchange or return is due to your own choice (not our mistake), the shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed before the shipment.

3. Return process
To proceed with a return or exchange, please send an email to newvibe.wear@gmail.com
including:
• your order number
• the reason for the exchange or return

Our representative will contact you to guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund – Reshipment
In case of an order fulfillment error, the correct item will be shipped to you immediately or, if it is not available, the amount you paid will be refunded.

Any refund to a bank account or reshipment of a product is completed within 5 working days from the confirmation of the return.

5. Order cancellation before shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. After shipment, cancellation is subject to a return fee of €4, which is charged to you.
